Tea For Two

If a government is large enough to give you everything what you want

it is large enough to take everything you have.

-Davy Crockett

Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance,

and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.

The road towards a single-payer healthcare system.
Posted by Bob   •   Thursday, 2013-October-31
We have heard in the past that is the hope of Obama that the nation arrives at a single-payer healthcare system. We have heard from people like Bob Beckel that that is the goal and he was willing to wait until it happened. Many people do not understand what a single payer system is. They do not understand that the government becomes the sole buyer of healthcare and becomes the one who sets the prices and payment for healthcare.
Stop and think about it if the government is the one who pays and sets the prices for your health care system, does not everyone in the healthcare system become employees of the government?
Do you really want doctors in America to become federal employees? Do you really believe that the best and smartest in America will want to go to medical college just become federal employees?

Who is accountable for the healthcare.gov website debacle?
Posted by Bob   •   Friday, 2013-October-25
I've heard many people, especially in the media, asking the question, why nobody is being held responsible or accountable for the healthcare.gov website debacle.

The Daily Caller has really stumbled across the answer. First lady Michelle Obama attended Princeton and when there she was classmates with Toni Townes-Whitley. Whitley is a senior vice president for CGI, the company which got the no-bid contract for $678 million to establish the website. Both are members of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.
Libertarian Party? Conservative Party? Constitution Party?

Libertarian Party? Conservative Party? Constitution Party?
The conservatives seem to be having problems finding a home. The Republican Party is forcing them to either give up their principles or leave the party. This is a big dilemma for the true conservatives in the Republican Party. On the one hand they know if they divide and leave the Republican Party that the Democrats, the liberals, will control all three branches of the government.
Some of the tea party members have been looking at the Libertarian party as the answer. The truth of matters libertarians refuse to compromise any of their ideology and this makes it impossible for other conservatives to join them.
The libertarians consider themselves the only true conservatives in the political spectrum. But the conservatives in the Republican Party understand that the world does not end at the borders of United States. They understand that the outside world affects the lives of the people within side those borders. This is something that libertarians do not seem to understand when they talk about foreign-policy or diplomatic diplomacy when dealing with other countries.
